Pricing and Billing

• •Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• •We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• •You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

Free Trials

• •Trial period length is specified at sign-up
• •You may cancel anytime during the trial period
• •After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Pipeline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
